Six Sigma Process Design (SSPD) Training
Description:
Appropriate for either designing a process from scratch or redesigning an existing process, SSPD applies to services as well as manufacturing processes. The roadmap and tools will give you a step-by-step method for building processes that consider all of the factors to the success of your business.
Participants will explore the problems of creating and designing or redesigning a process starting with capturing the voices of customers and stakeholders. Process functional analysis will define the fundamentals of the process and remove non-value-added steps.
A roadmap for process design/redesign is used to ensure crucial “first time right” delivery. By following this roadmap, your business will be able to ensure that your new processes leverage and reflect all user needs.
