Program Assessment
Description:
To ensure our clients that their deployments are working to produce breakthrough results, SBTI has developed the Business Assessment Program. In this program, SBTI leads interviews with key business leaders to assess different areas within the client’s organization. A scoring system is used that compares the company’s marks against industry expectations as well as similar companies. This data is then used to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to confirm or redirect efforts so that breakthrough results are achieved.
