Description:
This multi-cycle Lean Implementation Simulation provides an exciting, hands-on approach to learning and then instantly using the Lean tools in a rapid, fun, simulated business. The attendees are briefed on the basic Lean tools and are then positioned into a simulated operations process where they are in charge of meeting customer demands and must apply the best Lean tools to install in order to satisfy the customer’s expectations of on-time delivery, quality and location. Each participant has a specific duty ranging from Operations Manager to Material Handler, they must work together to define and install the proper Lean tools.
