Description:

The objective of a Discovery Event is to generate a consensus of financially measurable opportunities of a specific business process area in very short time. Additionally, Discovery Events define JDI’s (Just Do Its) that can be executed during the event thereby supporting the Discovery Event investment and, in all likelihood, create a self-funding session.
