Advanced Belt Skills:
Electives That Take You to the Next Level

SBTI is unique in the industry in that we have designed an array of electives for Belts that advances them is critical functions. Often, even Master Black Belts come to our master consultants with a problem or barrier they need help in solving. It is not only the processes that need continuous improvements. Sometimes it is the Belt that needs improvements.

The arrays of electives developed by SBTI are intended to take the Belts to a new level of thinking. Combinations of high-level statistical and technical courses are available. In contrast, SBTI also offers the trademarked Advanced Shakespeare: Communications and Leadership (pdf), a week-long course that puts the candidates on the stage where they improve their conviction and presentation skills – a set deemed essential for breakthrough results.

As part of the comprehensive Master Black Belt program offered by SBTI, candidates are required to take two electives, beyond their Master Black Belt Core sessions, chosen from the list below.
