Champion Workshop (Lean, Six Sigma or Lean Sigma)
Description:
Champions provide the backbone to a successful and sustained deployment. Without strong Champions removing barriers and driving success, Project Leaders lose effectiveness and project and event durations expand to unacceptable levels. This workshop gives participants the understanding of how to be a successful Champion and the tools to make it happen. Champions are trained for their roles and responsibilities in deploying the change initiative within their company and supporting the ensuing projects. Champions will also understand their role in change management and communications. Training emphasizes project selection and prioritization, improving project definition and chartering, coordinating project valuation with finance and management. Champions have a critical part in the process of reviewing and tracking projects. They are positioned to identify problems early and to provide the necessary support in terms of removing barriers and driving success. This workshop also gives participants an understanding of the roadmaps and tools used during projects.
