Dana Crowe is the Director of Operational Excellence and Certified as a Master Black Belt, by both SBTI and TYCO International. He is responsible for the implementation and development of Six Sigma and LEAN globally for all M/A-COM operations. The program is in its sixth year of deployment with Lean, Operations Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma -Lean Design.
This deployment has contributed substantially to business success and currently posts an 18 / 1 ROI. Dana is the Managing Editor and Co-Author of Design for Reliability, published by CRC Press, and has produced extensive presentation materials for Design for Reliability utilized in Lean Design training globally.
RICHARD SCOTT

Mr. Scott joined Sigma Breakthrough Technologies as a Senior Consultant in 2000. In 2003 he was appointed Master Consultant and Executive Director, Sigma Breakthrough Technologies. Prior to joining SBTI Mr. Scott spent 33 years at Eastman Kodak Company where he held a variety of management and leadership positions. He has demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma for Operations, Design for Six Sigma, Marketing for Six Sigma, Project Management, TQM, and Statistical Modeling.
In his role as Executive Director Mr. Scott has served as Program Manager for TYCO International, 3M, OSRAM Sylvania, Lincoln Electric and Elementis Inc. In addition, he has provided consulting in Manufacturing Six Sigma (DMAIC), Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Marketing for Six Sigma at Bethlehem Steel, Condea Vista, Crompton, Cummins, Cutler Hammer, Elementis, Invensys, Samsung, Trane, Universal Instruments, Westinghouse Air Brake and WR Grace.
