Description:
5S + Safety implementation workshop is a hands-on learning and implementation of 5S (Sort, Store, Shine, Standardize and Sustain and most important Safety) methods in a factory, hospital or office environment. This workshop is a key first-step in any Lean implementation that builds program enthusiasm by having immediate and measurable impact on operations. Critical to the success of this workshop will be the participation of key process owners who possess accurate working knowledge of the current process identified in the scope of this session charter.
